1. How do I receive my product? What are the shipping costs (including import taxes)

After you place your order, Aumotor's shipping department will prioritize FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, or other couriers to deliver your Aumotor products to you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the shipment and do not include customs duties! Remote area surcharges are not included (in rare cases where such fees apply, we will contact you in advance).

2. How long does it typically take for Aumotor products to ship?

For in-stock items, shipment usually occurs within 24-48 hours. Customized products typically ship within 3 business days (certain special custom orders and models may require additional time). Once your product ships, we will send the tracking number to the email address you provided. Please check your inbox. If you do not receive the tracking number or encounter other issues, please contact our friendly customer service team.

3. How long does delivery take for Aumotor products?

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Shipments to Australia typically arrive within 5 business days. Air traffic, weather, political factors, and customs inspections may cause delays, but these are generally brief. Rest assured, we monitor shipments throughout the process to ensure faster delivery. Once your package arrives at your local distribution center, congratulations—your new modification kit is on its way!

4. Where are Aumotor products shipped from?

Aumotor maintains warehouses across multiple countries and regions. We recommend selecting the warehouse closest to your shipping address or choosing the most cost-effective delivery zone. Purchasing from a local dealer is also advised, as this ensures immediate receipt of your upgrade kit while significantly reducing shipping costs. Email us to find your nearest dealer.

5. Can my upgrade kit be shipped to my country or region?

Aumotor products can be delivered to most countries and regions worldwide via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, and other carriers, so you need not worry about this issue. However, some remote carriers may charge special service fees (in extremely rare cases, we will contact you in advance if necessary). 6. What should I do if there is a problem with Aumotor's shipment?

In rare instances, third-party factors may cause damage, loss, or delays during transit. Should this occur, or if you encounter any delivery issues, contact us immediately. We will diligently pursue the best resolution for you.

Note: In certain situations, if Aumotor's shipment arrives at your local delivery center but you fail to clear customs or sign for it promptly, you will bear full responsibility for the package being returned or destroyed.
